Course Description: Learn how to craft a classical tutu with tiered upper layers. Great for a Spanish style look, but also works well for a foamy, ocean-style (see second and third pictures). Top layer is organza; the rest of the tutu is tutu net.
Prerequisites: Classical Performance Tutu Level One, or email detailed pictures of your work and a note detailing your experience to [email protected] to demonstrate proficiency.
