At Tutu, we want you to love your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
