Course Description: Learn to craft gorgeous and sophisticated Sugar Plum Fairy Tiaras. Thus beautiful tiara was designed by Christine Rebich, for Tutu.Com, with easy-to-follow instructions written by Claudia Folts. The design is light, airy, and now offered in three beautiful color palettes.
Prerequisites: You do not need to have taken a Level One class. The main difference between Level One and Level Two in tiara courses is that in Level One, you will use pre-strung Czech chain rhinestones and in Level Two you will learn to wire your own rose montees, giving you better options as far as mixing colors in future projects.
