Adorable tutu-cartridge-pleated top layer made with your choice of several color palettes.Ā Base-price option "Ribbon Candy Layer Only" is a pleated layer for you to attach to a tutu (no basque and no under tutu). Choose option "Basque and Ribbon Candy Layer Only" and the ribbon pleated layer will be attached to an over-basque so that you can use it on top of an existing tutu and easily remove it to use the tutu for other things. Choose "Basque, Ribbon Candy Layer and Support Tutu" to have the ribbon layer and basque attached to its own double-hooped tutu.Ā Ā
The ribbon candy top layer is always a 13-inch top layer and base-price include three rows of ribbons. Any size bigger than 13-inches becomes very heavy and hard for the dancer to move in.
