How do I check my Gift Card balance?

Gift cards numbers are assigned to the purchaser's account. To check a balance on a gift card you bought, Sign In or Create an account using the same email you used for your gift card order. 

What if I lose track of my Gift Card Code?

Sign In to your Tutu.com account. Your gift card number, balance and expiration date will be available. If you need assistance, one of our team members can email an updated gift card to the card purchaser.

Can I use my Gift Card on a phone order?

Yes, our staff can process your order through our Shopify Admin area and use your gift card balance for your purchase.
