Course Description:Â This tutu is made with 4 to 6 layers of beautiful, soft tulle. Each layer is gathered using one of several gathering methods, and is sewn onto the lightest-weight, but very-strong basque.Â
Prerequisites: Participants must have sewing clothes or costumes experience, and sewing-machine and hand-sewing skills.
