No matter the finances of the company or organization you work for, we all have times when we are expected to do the impossible: build beautiful costumes with a very small or no budget. Need some ideas on making this happen successfully? This is the lecture for you!
Besides seeing samples of some great small-budget projects, you will also receive instructions for each idea. Bring your questions and experiences!Â
Prerequisites: None

Payments: Tutu.com Courses are available for those attending TutuSchool. Cost for this course INCLUDES the class, the teacher, and all fabrics and notions.
